You get what you focus on, so focus on what you want. . . A mindset I have been working on for a while. You can read self-help books and they tell you to focus on what you want, but what they don’t tell you is how to focus. You can fixate and obsess, but I don’t find that helps me, and can put me in a really bad place mentally. What I did learn is when you place it before the Lord, pray about it, and talk to God about it, that is the true focusing you need. . .
