Clean Cluttered Desktop in Windows 8
Windows 8 offers several ways on cleaning the desktop. You want it to make it look more organized then just go for right-click on the desktop and choose from pop-up menu sort by option.

You can arrange all icons in alphabetical order with the help of vertical rows.
You can also arrange the icons as per their size. The smallest icons would be placed on the top.
If you choose item type then the icons would be lined according to their type.
The icons can also be arranged by the data your PC or you had changed them last.

Just right click the desktop and choose view option which would allow you to change the size of desktop icons.
You can automatically arrange everything in vertical rows. The new ones are also placed in the rows tidily.
Align Icons to Grid option places the hidden grid on the screen. Thereafter the icons are aligned within the grid’s borders so that it remains nice and tidy.
‘Show desktop icons’ is an option which should be turned on. Windows would hide every icon in desktop when turned off.
