I hc she wants to get better and put the events of alttp behind her sooooo bad but she can't 💙💙💙 and she's mad about it 💙💙 like yes the triforce wish undid her father's death and all the other awful stuff agahnim caused but it Did Not Undo The Scars. Some nights she feels like she's back in that dark cell, alone, praying and hoping that her call for help would reach even one person. I think it makes her frustrated that she's still suffering from the experience--everything is ok now. She should be fine. But she's not. Agahnim's shadow still looms in the corners of her vision and she wishes it wasn't! She hates the guy, and she hates that he still has some influence on her life, though posthumous.
I think she does become MUCH more proactive as a princess/sovereign figure in general after everything. Both out of a sense of duty but also because I think it helps her heal. It helps give her a tangible feel of being able to do something, as well as control. To the point that she often leaves the castle (at least for someone of her status) to get to know her people more personally.
After the events of alttp I think she and Link grow from "acquaintance who is the only other person who Understands the horror of what you went through", to proper close platonic soulmates that have full trust in eachother ✨✨✨ They have like. their own language almost.

I think she really likes hiking/climbing. She would scale Death Mountain more often (even with the deadly boulders that kileld me more often than the actual goddamn enemies) if her father/the rest of the castle staff would let her. Idk why she just gives me the vibes of being an strength/endurance athlete. She rockclimb if the gear for it had existed in her era.

Similar to my headcanon for alttp, she has a higher amount of magic even for her bloodline. She's knowledgeable in Academic Magic Theory™️ but finds it difficult to get creative with applications of it.
