After 3 months I finally used my gouache paints agaon and I missed them so much! I wanted to paint with them very badly, but didn't know what. So I followed the dark haunting sky outside and painted my impression of it. Too bad removing the tape tore up the page! Decided to experiment with the Dusk Yellow watercolour from Van Gogh. It's absokutely beautiful, but super hard to mix! This is total one shot experiment, I didn't look into mixing this colour or sketching before at all. It was a challenge, but I enjoyed it! These dusk colours are beautiful. I still need to figure them out properly, since I'm not very fond of the way they dry in my sketchbook. The colour seems to split up in two pigments and I should figure out of thay always happens or if it's a matter of paper.
