“ i want you so badly it hurts to hold back. ” @ yingxing, post ampho.
if you asked Yingxing's opinion, summer was the worst time to be holed up in his forge... for obvious reasons. the incessant && unrelenting heat nonewithstanding, there was also the matter of insects randomly invading through the open windows and buzzing around his head, distracting him...
but now, with a body pressed against his own... he's starting to find it difficult to discern which one is more unbearable; the heat from the sun, or the heat radiating from flesh flush against his own. at the very least Dan Heng had the courtesy to divest him of what little garments he had been wearing before closing the space between them and leaving nothing unconquored.
in the months that followed their last parting, Yingxing had remained ever diligent within the confines of the forge ( as if the preceptors and elders would ever let him know the taste of freedom, hah ) while Dan Heng had... changed. taller, bulkier, his hair longer and his horns and tail different, yet no matter how much he changed, Yingxing would always be capable of identifying a love that spanned across two lifetimes. even if he somehow grew old and withered away, Yingxing would never not know who he was.
their relationship was a complicated one. the kind of complicated that required several hours of intent listening and far too many words, neither of which he had the means to spare right now. he rarely delved too deeply into the intricacies of what was between them when they were together, and preferred to do his thinking away from Dan Heng, knowing that he, too, suffered a great deal of mental anguish when sifting through their fractured memories.
he was not Dan Feng even if he looked like him; most of the time Yingxing recognized this, but other times... there were moments, little things that Dan Heng would do, that would remind him of his deceased husband and leave the craftsman feeling confused and a bit hollowed out. the complicated nature of their relationship stemmed wholly from the events that spiraled out of control nearly eight-hundred years ago and left Yingxing permantly frozen in his old age.
despite this, there were plenty of good moments to be treasured between them too; moments like this with Dan Heng pressed against his body, aching with want, arms hooked around his sturdy waist and seething with repressed desire. Yingxing always found this side of him rather cute, the side that seemed to be torn between taking what was rightfully his and holding back for the sake of posterity. Dan Feng had sometimes done similar things, though he also had a tendency to lean more into being assertive with his wants and needs. Yingxing didn't mind of course, but this hesitation... somehow, it had a more profound effect on him, especially given that Dan Heng's erection was wedged comfortably between his thighs.
Yingxing found it amusing -- almost -- that Dan Heng had wasted no time peeling the thin layer of clothing he wore off of him, then his own pants, only to pause at the most crucial moment and second guess himself, his wants, his needs. he wanted to laugh, but he didn't want the man to take it the wrong way either, so he shielded his smirk behind a curtain of hair as his head fell forward while bent over the table.
" so why haven't you, yet? you don't have to hesitate before claiming what's rightfully your's. " his words punctuated by a slow forward roll of his hips. the wetness between his legs leaving Dan Heng's erection saturated in Yingxing's own arousal. " it's been a long time for you, hasn't it? " thousands... no.... millions of years. Yingxing didn't know the full extent of Dan Heng's time spent on Amphoreus, but he'd read enough of the records to understand that those few short months he spent in solitude were the equivalent of thirty-three million years for Dan Heng.
suddenly he arches back just a little bit, and his head lolls forward more. he brings his hands between his own legs and allows for his fingertips to dance of the aching tip of Dan Heng's erection. " i might look old but i'm not fragile, Dan Heng. " you can't break what cant be broken permanently. " go ahead. " he urges him. " you've waited a long time and you caught me right as i've finished my work. don't hesitate. " but rather than wait for Dan Heng to make the first move, Yingxing actually took the initiative to reposition himself so that the tip was pressed against his entrance, and then slowly, almost torturously, he began to edge him inside himself.
