Love Letter, circa 1988 Pink polka dot outfit This outfit is the embodiment of 80’s fashion, and I loved it tremendously. I was 8, I remember feeling so cool when I wore this. The top and matching shorts had lace trim and the brand was called “First Kiss”, which at the time felt whimsical 🙈. Shown here with my Reebok roller skates, which I also adored, I would roller skate every weekend and after school when the weather was nice. My eyelet Keds with lace ties were the alternate footwear choice when roller skates weren’t permitted.
