We just call him Advisor—his serial number is CC-01/425 (ignore that I'm doing dd/mm/yy). He shouted excessively to player to revive the rest of the squad supervised Delta Squad's remotely from GAR command center and walked them through every assignment in the game Republic Commando. He was voiced by the same actor who did Fixer, Andrew Chaikin.
