Everywhere I see (tiktok, tumblr), the only parallel to Vi and Jinx’s last scene I’ve seen anyone talk about is that of Vi’s perspective.
It’s always Vi’s perspective from S1E1 on the way to their mission when Vi caught Powder’s hand and didn’t let her fall in parallel with their last scene in S2E9 when Vi failed to keep Jinx from falling and never Jinx’s perspective, of always falling despite and inspite of everything.
Such as S1E3 when she tried to save her family (and friends) using the “crystal” by activating it in her little bomb, the impact of which blew her away, resulting in her fall from which not even Vi could save her

in parallel with their last scene in S2E9 when she tried to save Vi, by using that crystal again, except this time she disabled it (stole it) in Vi’s machine-arm-thingy (that Vi obviously did not see coming) resulting in Jinx’s (self-sacrificial) fall once more, from which Vi could not save her. Again!!!
