9. Which oc has the angstiest backstory?

Oof that's probably a tie between Belial and Clockwork.

Belial was a half demon born to the demon general Ilvollen. His father was fond of suffering and as an experiment he left his son as the doorstep of a Cathedral to see if theyd take him in.

Shockingly enough they did, but for the next 11 years of his life the Cathedral took excruciating steps to purify the demon child of his "sin" despite his only sin being his existence as a demon.

At 11 Belial grew fed up and finally realized that he wasnt at fault for any of this. If they wanted to hate him, he would give them a reason to. He exploded in anger before escaping. From then on though his life starts to look up.

Clockwork is from the novel that I'm writing! He originally went by the name Theodore Thatcher and grew up in a place called Ellevand with his sister.

As a child she would always tell him about her ominous feelings about the future, and he always took the time to sit and listen to her because no one else would.

When he was around 12 one of his two best friends disappeared without a trace, and he took that to mean that the misfortunes that his sister spoke of were true.

As a result he became paranoid and pushy, his sister never stalled in feeding him stories and lies, all of which he believed and worried about. His other friend tried to console him, but he felt she was just against him in this. Like another obstacle.

Anyway, finished up my Clockwork OC, Jocelyne Babineaux! I wanted to make the whole thing kind of fancy looking. I feel like I pulled it off pretty well...

Honestly I just wanted to mess around with drawing dresses and used Punchy as an excuse to do so, haha

she’s around 13 in this pic and in case anyone likely no one was curious why Punchy doesn’t have a ponytail/long hair anymore.... 

Let’s just say it involves Gaz, an old pair of surprisingly sharp scissors, a broken nose and the origin of how Punchy got her nickname : D
