Clockwork -- Timepiece character designs from 2020 Bunni and Bilbo have mostly remained the same, but Anon's outfit and drawing style has changed.

"So the main thing to remember about clockwork before we get into all of this is that Clockwork in the game is a city in what is thought to be a desolate world. They are sort of a "last survivors" sort of thing, everything for miles within it is dead. "The other thing to remember is that the city of Clockwork has survived because it runs on a special kind of magic, produced by this artifact known, rather simply, as the Cogwheel. It's ... pretty much what it sounds like. A magic cog, which provides power to the entire clocktower city with its magic. "The third thing is kind of funny. All of the main characters used in the game are based on the online personas of real people, with permission of course. Most of the characters are like this, haha. "So, in this little city, you have these sort of ... we'll call them 'governmental figureheads' for now XD They're known as Timepieces and they are directly linked to the Cog.
