Temperatures have gotten pretty high in Austin, again (it is forecasted to become 88 F/31 C here today!) and it feels much more like summer than autumn. So this photo that I have taken many moons ago in an English private garden in the summer just fits the bill. It contains everything that I admire in a garden: An exquisite unique climbing structure, lush green everywhere, precisely pruned yew topiary pillars, high quality natural stone hardscape, antique stone urns, and so much more. Rustic climbing structure used at Mottisfont Abbey, England, to train roses on. I am always looking for ways other people display and train their roses.
