I feel like we as a society need to talk more about climate litigation. Like the climate isn’t some weird abstract thing that companies and governments can do whatever they want with. There are actual laws about this shit and if you break them you can get sued.
There are a bunch of successful ones out there but I wanna highlife this specifically as its hearing was this week:
