Here is a great news for people who are concerned of their old posts. This new app ‘Clear’ connects with your social media and cleans up the inappropriate contents that was posted in the past. As a lot of companies utilize social media platforms as a part process in the job interview, a lot of people are concerned of what they have on their social media. However, it is not easy to go over everything and delete what seems to be inappropriate. Also, social media like Facebook does not allow users to turn all of their posts private at once. Thus, to delete or privatize the old posts, going over one by one is the only option. But now, with the clear app, people can more efficiently manage their posts from the past.
As I believe people have right to show or hide their posts from the past, I think this app is beyond great to have and it has potential to become a necessity to people who are using the social media. It is the best idea to never post such inappropriate pictures or posts on social media but sometimes people do make mistake and as it is not something illegal, people should have their right to delete everything at once since it is their own post and until now it was very uncomfortable to go over every posts. Right after I am done with this posting, I will also download the app to see if there is anything I want to delete from my facebook since it is almost 7years old now.
Using an app called Clear on iOS and it is supposed to sync through iCloud. Stuff I put into the iPhone yesterday should have arrived on the Mac version of the app by now is strangely missing. #clearapp #icloud
