Reorientation after Realignment + Rebalancing
Just right now, I was thinking to myself: I’m manifesting a job as a flight attendant!✈️ But then I’m realising that a proper company would require me to submit loads of paper and all that. Would they need proof of my bachelor’s degree? But I left all those oh-so-important papers in Bali eight years ago lmao
Thinking about paperwork + the reality of not having any connections in that industry make it all feel so daunting. But I’m actually seriously thinking it. Therefore, I’m listening to subs specifically for getting a job as a cabin crew👩🏻✈️ With some others along the lines of ‘manifesting the impossible’ lmao
I’m bored. I’m so fucking bored. December I was actually working on a couple of things, peeps, that I had hoped would usher in my new stability🎄 First, there was a small project for Christmas that I had hoped would really expand into my first ever small business adventure🍵 Second, in the midst of studying (for starting and maintaining a new business) I was also applying for a teacher position at a local Japanese language centre🎌
Sigh… none of that panned out into anything at all. So, perhaps now you can understand a bit more the kind of heartbreak I’m still needing to recover from. To my own surprise I had quite high hopes in those endeavours, mainly because I really wanted the financial stability💴 My logical mind was expecting that a sense of security would finally allow me to come back to the blog really strong + enable me to produce the best quality writing whether PACs or short stories📚
Well… Still reorientating myself, peeps. Every day I’m shuffling between getting a waitress job again and starting a YouTube channel lmao Ultimately, what I want is just some semblance of a stable financial security so that I can write and write and write and wriiiiittteeeeee! Just! Please! This idiot life sigh… I should get myself an old iPad mini to jet start my short stories📱
