Hey internet stranger (Internet friend??) - I would love to help you figure out how to clean things! It's very much a skill that not everyone is taught, and a lot of the things that work in one situation would damage a surface for a different situation - best example I have is cleaning the cat's litter box: NEVER use a cleaning product that contains bleach on a litter box (or any other surface a cat peed on). Cat pee has ammonia in it, and creates chlorine gas when it reacts with the bleach in the cleaning product. Chlorine gas is toxic!! If you did this by accident (which I have done multiple times) be sure to open a window and ventilate the area as much as possible, but also just get out of there! You'll know you made an oopsie if you start to get a really bad headache all of a sudden 😅
Sincerely, the guy who should have listened to his chemistry teacher 😂
ahhhh thank you for the advice!!! I think I remember hearing this before??? the only thing I've used to clean up the litter box has been hot hot water and dish soap! which seems to work pretty well for me. bleach honestly scares me lol so the only things I use it in are my bathtub (and even that's just comet powdered bleach) when I deep clean it and inside my toilet bowl
