Having people around you use the correct pronouns can be very stressful.

But in this video im goanna shares some effective ways to help and make it more of a easier process.

1. Have patience 2.Talk and be Ready to listen 3.They Don’t ask then Don’t tell everyone’s should know how much they want to reveal to someone so think about it and sometimes when you are very comfortable you may be able to open up a bit more. 4.Baby steps is better then no steps at all don’t forget to consider that before snapping or lashing out on someone 5. Everyone has a different reaction Some don’t have a reaction at all Some may need some time to adjust just like you.

They say the ones you think that will have the worst reaction or give you the hardest time is actually the complete opposite.
