We are only held back from making change in our lives by the roles we are taught to play by. If we decide to make change we must break those imaginary roles and believe that we can create change in ourselves first. It’s not easy change never is and it won’t make you friends or rich in most cases. But you must believe that you can create a new system for yourself and Community but it all starts with you. #claylaugier

Again you want to support women and minorities other then history months or action days? Hire more as upper management, elect more women and minorities. But don’t tell me your a supporter of equality and I look at your upper management and it’s all white men. Clay Laugier

Also if your a for profit or non profits that is not paying a living wage 15 an hour to your staff and they need to be on assistance and work ft your part of the problem

When we try to solve problems at work clearly listening to the issues and understanding the persons question is key. Know you also don’t need to respond till you get an answer other then I’ll look into that now that I have all the facts #Management #boss
