We alienated and persecuted both people who end up abusing drugs and those in poverty. This causes fear and continues the cycle we need to change our thinking and use solutions that encompass Economic growth, Education, Job Training, Job Creation, Common Sense community and government solutions with good backing. What this all boils down to is how much do we care about our children’s and grand children’s future to admit we failed and its time for a change!”

Employees are consumers! They must be paid a wage that lets them consume and build our businesses! Its simple and there should be no debate about it! IF I pay my employees a wage that lets them live and have a little extra to spend then they will build their communities economy and cause innovation, forward movement and profits …. Come on its not rocket sciences…. By the way lifting people out of poverty wages keeps them from being on services which can over time lower your taxes so it pays to pay fair!”

If we see how issues connect instead of seeing them as separate. We currently don’t group or study the cause and effect of our policies a year let alone 5 years from now especially when it comes to government or nonprofit issues. Example data shows our failed war on drugs has caused our immigration crisis. Or how the lack of education and skills training programs effects the cycle of incarceration among poor and minorities…. Come on”

It is where you pitch yourself to 30 people out of that you should be closing 10 off the bat that you can put a monetary value on). If not then your doing it wrong!”

Why? is simple math if people cant afford your product and we dont view “employees as customers” and dont pay a living wage then of course we will have a downfall in our buyers economies. Sad thing is most who are hit hardest by this is our small business and local start ups. Our system can be fix but the solutions need to be put in place fast and on many levels- Wages must be raised to 15 an hour, which will give raises to those mid level employees as well. We need to cut taxes for start ups and small business owners. We need to put more funding in job training and entrepreneurship training for our youth and veterans! We need on a local level to support our economic systems and create opportunities for innovation and growth. We need to stop using same systems from past and find solutions that will make positive growth!”
