usually ruby tries to focus on falling asleep -- counting sheep, focusing on breathing, etc.  but of course, that never works. so instead, sheâs stuck thinking about everything thatâs happened during the day and what she still has to do tomorrow. in solitary, sheâs very reflective and this often leads to... dark places -- regrets, mistakes, particular events -- all of them suddenly come crashing down at her before she eventually cries herself to sleep. yeah, itâs become a terrible habit as of late but she just, she doesnât know what else to do. and all the crying tires her out enough for her to finally rest so... it does its job.Â

he wonders if itâs easy for people to tell heâs from remnant, or if he just looks like some random fool. heâd like to think itâs pretty obvious ... but he guesses that without his weapon, itâs kind of hard to really confirm. and he doesnât have his scroll either, so he canât even play anything on his phone. man. he wishes they gave him like, a ping pong ball or something. or darts. something to amuse himself with. instead, heâs like. chilling. heâs always so bored when thereâs nothing to do.

Flayn had been wandering around looking for something to do, she was not overly sure where she was going. She wanted to just to take in Koi she had not really looked around much, Flayn had tried to keep to where she was and not go off far in case she got lost. Today she was feeling daring- even if the voice in her head was telling her she was going to end up lost. But she had so many new places to look at, new food to try not only that she wanted to try and meet everyone on the island if she could.

     INITIAL  surprise aside, she seems unperturbed as her hairâs lifted off the ground; honestly, she wishes more people would just move it aside if it were in their way. The girlâs touch is surprisingly gentle despite the irritation that tugs at her lips, and it has Asterâs mouth quirking in the opposite direction in short order.

I was sorted into Gryffindor on the old Pottermore but got sorted into Ravenclaw on the new one, and damn, if the welcome message wasnât the most comforting, affirming message I have ever read. If only Iâd hear it in real life.
