some edits I made for my duke's group natural raising thread in 2025, to show off my natural raising crew at the time

(the following was my entry in the Pet Paw-ference Dectective activity I hosted on Petz Life with ECRose in 2025)

sliding in at the last minute to do my own event cause I need a break from the code haha

today's contestant will be the pup bred by @𝕮𝖎𝖗𝖗𝖚𝖙𝖔𝖕𝖎𝖆 that I rescued from the claw machine yesterday. since their birth name, CLAW-20250217-18, is a bit of a mouthful, I've just been calling them Clawby for short

I decided to kick things off with the classic tennis ball test (plus decoy hairball for kicks)

at first clawby seemed to be overwhelmed by the selection

he sniffed

and sniffed

and sniffed a little more

green was the first ball he decided to pick up

(have I mentioned how much love this dog btw? he's such a freak)

then he decide to pick up brown

then orange

black

green again

tbh he was all over the place

at this point I thought Clawby might be getting hungry so I decided to break out the food

there was once again a lot of sniffing

but eventually he decided on the chicken

and also straight up dunking his head into the milk

once again, I love this freak

and after that, he kinda just started sampling everything

post snack he was looking pretty tired, so I decided to break out the pillows

first he was into black

then brown

white

green

this pup cannot make up his mind

I though maybe since he's got a bit of a poodle streak, he'd like the brushes

but nope

a clothing try on session also failed to provide many results

he looks good in everything though

after that I went back to the pillows. after a bit more playing, he seemed to settle on the brown pillow

or maybe the clear?

anyway, this little guy did not give me much to work with, but I am gonna guess his favorite colors are GREEN and BROWN, and favorite flavors are CHICKEN and MILK

huh. well 1/4 aint bad
