✗ - A Physical Scar

     The Romans, to their credit, were just as precise and      fastidious about labeling their Slaves as they were in      everything else. And while Vampirism does wonders for      fresh wounds, old scars tend to linger. 

Hearing a voice you don’t recognize while you’re showering isn’t exactly an experience he’d recommend to anyone. A surprised “Shit!’ escaped him, as his eyes shot open, just in time to catch the last of the soap suds from his hair. Cringing back against the far wall of the shower, which wasn’t very big to begin with, he nearly fell as he scrambled unsuccessfully between trying to clear his eyes and cover….what needed covering. “Ya, think?!” His voice broke, it rose so high, sounding off. Still half blind he managed somehow to find a towel, squinting through the soap at his intruder. “Haven’t you heard of knocking?” 

      Riley frowned, looking down at where some of his ice cream bar had just fallen to the ground. This is what he gets for not paying attention. With a sigh he eats the last bite before throwing the stick in a nearby trashcan with an annoyed noise.
