In the wake of crushed liberal revolutions and grueling stagnation leading the Austro-Hungarian Empire into decline (staved off liberal change yet lost control over what is now Germany) towards the oncoming 20th century, Opera O leads a revolutionary yet authoritarian path towards a new order for the greater hapiness of the peoples of central Europe. She launches a revolt which sparks the collapse of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and destabilises the continental balance of power, leading to her becoming besieged by Germans and human reformists (backed by the French and not ready to accept umamusume rule) alike; yet she will prevail in a crushing series of campaigns that secures her dominance over the Hungarian plains and Overlordship of Danubia by the century's end. Her civ is historically prestigious enough be be a civ despite only controlling at maximum extent modern day Hungary and parts of Romania and perhaps Slovakia; mainly because of its radical effect on the social status of umamusume, plus the introduction of a 'liberal' autocracy (in contrast to democratic or parliamentary forms of governance. Thus Opera O may be one of the first major attempted practicioners of Corporatism). The radical changes to society led to the rise of a new Danubian cultural and national identity focused around hero-worship and proto-reactionary forms of governance (in favour of the middle classes rather than aristocracy which were the main antagonists to this movement); social progress was granted on the whims of the 'popular' overlord though which help spurred a great transformation and elevation of wealth and power amongst the new countries freed from the old order.

Perhaps her greatest legendary campaign was the Balaton Campaign, taking place against 2 seperate 'Austrian' (from east and western corners of the former empire), Foreign-backed Reformists, German, and Italian armies along the banks of Lake Balaton.
