TransRude Tips!:

First and foremost, try to figure out a hierarchy of people in your head! Who deserves your respect other than yourself? Close friends? Partners? Try to exclude as many people as possible though! Limit how many people you can choose!

When around people, compliment yourself and insult them in your own head! "They're doing it wrong, I could do it better.", "Do they even know what they're talking about? Even I know this!" And stuff like that!

Try using more direct language with people. Tell them exactly what you think of them (all the bad stuff!) And how annoying they are.

If it's SUPER hard to be rude, sleep less! It can cause further irritability and make it far easier to get mad at people!
