SeveriBPD is a term for those who feel as though their borderline personality disorder (BPD) should have more or less severe symptoms.

TransBPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) Tips:

> Convince yourself that the people you know around you are going to leave you. One common symptom is fear of abandonment. If they don't talk to you for a day, assume they don't want to talk to you at all.

> On occasion, try to irritate yourself before you talk to a friend/partner/family member. This can help simulate the symptoms of an unstable relationship. Make yourself hate them for a bit, then make yourself love them again later on.

> Constantly change your interests by looking for new things to believe in/like. This can simulate an unstable self-image.

> Act more on impulse rather than checking yourself before. Part of the diagnostic criteria is impulsive behavior in at least 2 areas.

Actually, they make us feel more valid in a way, to be in a community so supportive and accepting feels free. We do have cisnpd and cisbpd
