These cinnamon apple chips that are air-fried are a tasty and healthy snack. They're crunchy, sweet, and just the right amount of cinnamon-y. For a tasty treat, eat them with a smooth almond yogurt dip.
Ingredients: 4 medium-sized apples. 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup plain Greek yogurt. 2 tablespoons almond butter. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 350F 175C. Use a mandoline or a sharp knife to wash the apples and cut them into thin slices. Take out the seeds and cores. Put the apple slices, ground cinnamon, and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Toss the apple slices around so that all of them are covered in the cinnamon-sugar mix. Make sure the apple slices don't touch each other when you put them in the air fryer basket. Based on the size of your air fryer, you might have to do this in groups. For 8 to 10 minutes, flip the apple slices over halfway through the cooking time at 350F 175C until they are crispy and golden brown. Because each air fryer is different, keep a close eye on them because the cooking times may be different. Make the almond yogurt dip while the apple chips are cooking. Mix the plain Greek yogurt, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt in a small bowl with a whisk until everything is well mixed. Just take the apple chips out of the air fryer and let them cool down for a while. You can dip the air-fried cinnamon apple chips in the almond yogurt dip. Have fun!
