On Thanksgiving my brother-in-law brought a few of cigars to share. Having recently given up smoking camels...the cigar was a treat I let myself indulge in.  As, I can never smoke a whole cigar at once, I was about to light up the 2nd half of his present, when I thought that I should fix a cup of coffee.  I have never thought cigars or cigarettes go well without coffee -- in fact, not much goes well without coffee.
