   Such things aren’t often subjects mortals wish to talk about. Being reminded of their mortality tends to lead to a level of fear and trepidation. Gundham himself does not feel such things. Death doesn’t scare him. It is merely another form of existing. All things die eventually, that is the way of life. To deny it would be foolish and detrimental. Thus, he finds such a suggestion very odd.

   Made even more so by the fact that this particular mortal has quite a few qualms regarding the breeder. After all, he does let his animals roam the school as if the entire academy is their habitat. Then there are the moments when Gundham decides to partake of his sinister rituals within an empty classroom because he needed the room.

   There are few reasons for this particular human to be pleased with his company.

🔧 - Going to class half asleep in the first place probably wasn’t the best of ideas, he knew. He’d previously forced himself to go to classes anyways just to avoid the wrath of his old man, he guessed maybe it was the habit of having that fear that made him go to classes in tired daze.

Surprise was quick to reign over the princess’s features as she regarded her lower-classman, her head canting to one side. She’d certainly agree that her homeland was a worthy subject for academic study, but most of the time she only encountered a polite level of interest on the matter. For someone to wish to delve deeper into such was unusual, but far from unwelcome. That shock was quick to transform into a radiant smile, a nod given as hands clasped together behind herself.

Why Did I Follow Them?: If Souda is the male supporting character wronged by the fandom the most from DR2, then Ishimaru is the equivalent from DR. There’s just all this wasted potential that never gets explored, and seeing it explored and dragged into the light just--it makes my heart happy.

An AU Idea For Our Muses: I wanna do something akin to Les Miserables, where Kiyotaka is the revolutionary and Sonia’s the princess he’s kidnapped to try to make her see what’s really going on and she’s trying to get him to see that her family are people the same as his and--yeees.
