Helenus’s oldest brother

For tomorrow the first of the year I’ll complete Helenus family and surprise you with a big one *wink wink*

Chrysanthos is the eldest son of Helenus’s family, a man whose boundless energy and infectious cheerfulness often light up any room he enters. His laughter is quick, his smile ever-present, and his demeanor is one of unwavering optimism. Yet beneath this vibrant exterior lies a heart weighed down by profound sorrow. The loss of his beloved wife during childbirth left a wound that time has yet to heal.

Despite the heavy grief that shadows his soul, Chrysanthos chooses to wear happiness like armor. For the sake of his four children, he masks his pain behind a facade of joy and strength. Each day, he rises with determination not only to provide for them but to be their pillar of hope and comfort in a world that suddenly feels colder and lonelier.

His children are the light that guides him through the darkest moments. He dedicates himself tirelessly to their upbringing, pouring all his love and energy into nurturing their dreams and shielding them from the harsh realities he silently endures. In their laughter and innocence, he finds fleeting moments of peace and purpose.

and 2, I’m writing a *cough*ticklefanfic*cough* with Elpenor and those 3 ocs I made. It’s titled Screwed

*’I’m screwed’* 

Elpenor nervously thought, as he heard several voices and pairs of feet stomping around as they search around for him, and instinctually buries himself even further more into his hiding spot. Usually, the reason he’s hiding is when he purposely annoyed the other crew to the point that they will chase him down, where he doesn’t want to reap the reward his efforts got him. He always does ‘reap the reward’ in the end, but that’s another story. 

But this. This is different from the usual times he hides away from the others. Different, yet somewhat common for Elpenor to experience as the quote-on-quote ‘baby of the crew’.

You see, being on a ship in the middle of the ocean for days on end, usually can cause anyone to be restless. But add the fact that multiple grown men are on one ship in the middle of the ocean for days on end, it equals either chaos, the need to burn off energy, or melancholy of missing home. Now, the problem is the mix of all three, in a way.

Normally, the crew burns off all of the above by wrestling and sparring, but unfortunately, Odysseus forbid any kind of fighting at the moment due to the fact that they need to stock up on medical supplies since they kept injuring themselves by brawling each other. Now, like normal people, some of the crew find a way to burn off their energy and distract themselves by doing other physical activities, such as training, running, and doing chores. But some people, like lunatics, have a different method of avoiding their feelings and tire themselves out. 

That method, is bullying each other, affectionately.

Now the crew’s favorite targets to bully are Polites and Elpenor, Polites for being a ray of sunshine and Elpenor for being a (admittedly) little shit.

However, Polites is with the captain and the second-in-command, and any dumb and brave crew mates with a death wish have the guts to interrupt them.

So none of the crew would bother them.

Thankfully, most of the crew on the ship are using the normal person methods of using up their energy, so only 3 people are going to use the alternative method.

Unfortunately, the 3 crew members are one of the stronger and determined crewmates that Elpenor annoys/bullies the most, meaning they’re deeply determined to find him and ‘bully’ him affectionately.

So, as stated above, he’s screwed beyond belief.
