We apologize for the continued delivery issues in the San Francisco area. Although delivery has improved we still have some carrier shortages as explained in the post on 10/6/14. Unfortunately we are still experiencing a carrier shortage. Due to this shortage, many areas are being affected because we are using substitute carriers that may change from one day to the next. The delivery management team is working to address this situation including delivering some routes themselves. We realize that this not an ideal situation and we are working to correct it as quickly as possible.

We apologize if you have been experiencing difficulties trying to contact us whether it be through email or phone. A number of issues including the Giants recent win of the World Series, late papers today (11/5)to get as much of the election coverage as possible, and continued delivery issues in isolated parts of the South Bay and San Francisco. To report a delivery issue, it may be faster to go online to myaccount.sfchronicle.com. Please note that if you have a non delivery issue, it is easier to get through on the phones during the afternoon. We are continuing to work diligently to get this corrected as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience.

We apologize for the incomplete comics in the iPad app recently. Our support team is working to get this fixed as quickly as possible. We anticipate having this resolved by the middle of next week.

Wow, this movie was mind-blowing. Straight up. The movie is in a home-made movie point of view. One of the three main characters in the movie, Andrew, buys a camera and starts recording everything, no matter how awkward it is. His dad is an abusive drunk, and his mom is very sick. Andrew is a loner, and pretty much anti-social. He's a senior in high school, and has never been to a party. He eats his lunch in the bleachers watching the cheerleaders practice. He hates his life. One day, his cousin Matt takes him to a party, and there he is filming everything. He gets sick of it, and leaves the house. A kid named Steve runs up to him and gets him to come record something. He follows him and they find a hole in the ground. They "investigate" and find some strange thing in there. Next thing they know, they have telekinesis. They start using it in every day life as little things, and keep it private. But, like a muscle, it grows in strength, and they become too powerful with it. They have to establish some rules. Things get crazy, and I'll end it there. The movie is just excellent, and it's another one where you have to see it if you haven't already. Excellent, and now in my top three with Drive and Goon. I've been on a streak with good movies. I'll keep it that way. Rating: 9.5/10 Like I said. Go see it.
