Leg and booty gains incoming! 🔥 Check my face after the squats 😂😂 I’ve altered my workouts a bit - from this week going forward I’m going to be doing 3 leg days per week and 3 upper body days. The reason for this switch is that my legs need more development to catch up with my upper - so doing this split will allow me to focus more on my legs and glutes while maintaining mass and strength in my upper body :) I might’ve switched this to only a couple upper days per week except that I’m still cutting for a lil while longer and need to keep burning dem cals! .
