Sarah had always been bad at talking to others. Ever since she had came to this city, she had gotten better with her social skills, but still, she has days she just can't find her voice. She twiddled with her thumbs as she sat down on a bench, chewing on a piece of gum.
The city felt overwhelming sometimes, with the large population of strange people. Knights the size of 3 stories tall, people who didn't look human at all but could still talk like one, and some sketchy looking people as well.
Sometimes she can get along with others, but the fear in her gut that she might mess up is still there sometimes.
A breeze blew, and it made Sarah glad she had her sweater. Fall and then Winter will come, maybe if they are lucky, there will be snow?
She stared upwards, a smile on her face. Maybe there will be snow, she hopes.
