Indulge in these soft-baked chocolate chip cookie cups, which are ideal for any occasion. They have a chewy center, slightly crisp edges, and gooey chocolate chips inside.
Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup packed brown sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and grease a muffin tin. Melt the butter and mix it with the white sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth. Adding the eggs one at a time and mixing them in is the next step. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. If you want to use them, add the chopped nuts and chocolate chips in last. Put about two tablespoons of dough into each muffin tin. For 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden. Take the muffin tin out of the oven and let the cookie cups cool for about 5 minutes. With care, take the cookie cups out of the muffin tin and place them on a wire rack to cool completely. Have fun with these chocolate chip cookie cups that are soft-baked!
