Question for Demeter devotees: The Chloeia festival- was it a festival for the growth of wheat or for flowers?

I'm trying to place it on my festival calendar- however half the info I've found on it suggests it was placed on 6th Thargelion (around May in modern times) in spring to celebrate the first green plant shoots, while the other half, including a post on the wonderful Baring The Aegis blog, seem to consider it as celebrating the beginning of the wheat growing shortly after being sown in September. Helllllllppp.
