Injury update

Hip is getting better despite crashing off my bike into the road and landing on it when my chain snapped the other day. I had an amazing 2 mile run on the Saturday and crashed in Sunday grrrr. Can't make it up lol! Anyhow one Chirporactor session and one Physio one an two days later I am bit better again. Hip rotation is better than normal on all accounts just muscle soreness now. So I can start building up training slowly again. Tho I doubt I will ever make 187 me running & 10 mile swimming months like andywg ! Anyway off to bed. Perhaps I can have a little run in the next couple of days?
