Thank you for being the perfect friend to me. I wasn't joking or exaggerating when I said I would have probably vanished from here to somewhere where nobody could find me for a while if you weren't here.Thank you for being honest with me about your life today. I'm thinking though of what you said about Karen and of course I understood your love and connection for/with  her and also I think you are doing the right thing for your life compromising. As you are this fantastic caring emphatic person maybe you just feeling sorry/pity for me because I was honest with you and you know a lot of my shit. And I feel a bit ashamed now because sometimes I was maybe a bit more eager than normal to see and spend time with you when you have your life.
