Grilled Salmon Kabobs with Chimichuri

Grilled Chimichurri Wings (Spicy & So Tasty) -Outdoor Cooking

These Chimichurri Chicken Wings are packed with flavor, healthy, &  so easy to make , perfect for a summer's day cooking on the grill :)

They can be made in the oven, but I’ll say, they’re just PERFECT for the grill. I left it to be marinated for 1 hour before cooking and it was spectacular :). Note: It will take me sometime to answer all of the comments , pls be patient and i will try my best to reply back a.s.a.p .

These wings are great just by themselves, but party wings really are better with a sauce! These chimichurri sauce is just perfect and you don't need anything else :) 

Chimichurri Wings: serving 2-4 

 1 kg wings ( 1 pound)

 100 gm freshly parsley ( 2 cups) 

2 jalapenos 4 garlic cloves 

1 teaspoon salt 

1 teaspoon black pepper

 125ml olive oil (1/2 cup) 

120 ml vinegar or red wine vinegar ( 1/2 cup)

4 tablespoon oregano or fresh oregano -

Heat the grill/bbq or oven for 200 C/400F -In a bowl,  add wings . Add salt & pepper to the wings. 

-In a blender blend parsley, jalapenos, garlic, salt, black pepper, olive oil and vinegar. 

Blend until smooth. -Add about 80% of the blended sauce to the chicken wings. Set aside for 1 hour or overnight (fridge) - 

Cook the wings on indirect heat. Turn the wings occasionally to cook well on all sides. 

Garnish with more chimichurri sauce and parsley. -Cook the wings in the oven for 40 mins turning the wings on each side . 

Garnish with the sauce & parsley :) Enjoy
