Ice-skating Professional - Ben Chilwell

"Come on, it's gonna be fun, Y/n/n," Ben begs, handing me my coat and a pair of gloves.

"I'm going to fall over all over the place though. And then I'll look stupid," I whine, looking at him with pleading eyes.

"Don't worry, I'm sure you won't. I'll hold onto you and make sure you don't fall," Ben reassures, taking hold of your hands and rubbing his thumb up and down them.

"Oh, and you're a professional are you?" I tease, squinting my eyes at him, almost in mockery. He nods.

"Yeah, of course I am? I can't believe you'd even question it," he says, feigning offence.

"Fine," I whine again, taking my coat and gloves from him and walking out to the car.

When we first put on our ice skates, I felt instantly nervous. I mean, I could barely walk in them, never mind skate. Ben had helped me waddle over to the edge of the rink before removing his beanie from his head and placing it on top of mine.

"Gorgeous," he says, smoothing a thumb over my cheek as he caresses it, "You ready to go on the ice?"

"As ready as I'll ever be," I reply, voice trembling slightly. The first step on was the hardest, but after a while of holding the side and occasionally experimenting with skating just with Ben holding onto me, I was getting better and more confident. But, all of a sudden, Ben span the both of us. But with my Bambi-like legs, I fell over, pulling him down on top of me.

"Oops..." I whisper, sheepishly, cheeks going red. But Ben doesn't say anything, and he doesn't stand up either. He just lies there, looking into my eyes lovingly, and then kissing me fiercely. There's a passion in this kiss I hadn't felt before. There was no lust behind it, just pure love and warmth.

"I love you. So much," he reassures, nuzzling his head into the crook of my neck before we're interrupted with a cough from behind us. We stand up, both looking rather sheepishly at the staff member before resuming with our skating.

"So, professional, huh?"

"Yeah, yeah. That was my plan all along,"
