#chilly wind

It was a repeat performance today rushing home for a late meeting. Then out the door into the cold wind to run over and around the hills to the beach. There were not many people on the beach today. Winter is on the way.

It was a day of interruptions today. My lunch was cut short by a call from the office. I ran back and sorted the issue. My run tonight was also interrupted in a nice way. I met a colleague in the forest. He had retired a few months ago. He certainly looked like retirement was suiting him very well. So not many pictures today due to all the interruptions. Oh well that’s how it goes some days.

I was out walking today. It will be a hot day. It was almost too hot to walk, but this chilly wind made it bearable. There was this good smell out in the woods.

Yesterday I was on the bike and I was supposed to be today but Hubby took a sick day. He dropped me off and picked me up from the office. When I got home tonight I headed out for a 5km run around the neighbourhood. It was chillier out there than I anticipated so I did not head to the beach I just ran around the streets. I was glad I got that run in. I didn't feel like going.
