People get so caught up on weight! Why? (Different story if you're a power lifter, and not saying lifting heavy is wrong, just clarifying the difference here) Lifting too heavy improves strength. Perfect form, stretch and contraction improves aesthetics and builds muscles. Take your weight down and concentrate on what you're doing. Ps. I love wrist straps.
