These Asian-inspired chili burgers are bursting with flavor from the spicy chili paste and ginger, complemented by the savory soy sauce and sesame oil. Topped with crisp lettuce, refreshing cucumber, and a kick of Sriracha mayo, these burgers are a perfect fusion of East and West.

Ingredients: 500g ground beef. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon ginger, grated. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 tablespoon chili paste. 1 tablespoon brown sugar. 4 burger buns. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1 cucumber, thinly sliced. 4 slices of cheese optional. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce.

Instructions: Ground beef, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili paste, and brown sugar should all be mixed together in a bowl. Take the mixture and shape it into 4 burger patties. Get a grill or grill pan hot, but not too hot. The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. Put the burger buns on the grill and toast them for one minute, or until they get a little brown. In a small bowl, mix Sriracha sauce and mayonnaise. Put some of the spicy mayo on the bottom half of each burger bun. Put a burger patty on the bottom of each bun. If you want, add shredded lettuce, cucumber slices, and a cheese slice on top of each patty. Put the top half of the burger bun on top. Serve right away and enjoy!

Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Sliced avocado. Salsa or hot sauce optional. Cheese slices optional.

Instructions: In a large bowl, mash the black beans, kidney beans, and pinto beans together. Add breadcrumbs, corn, bell peppers, onions, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Form the mixture into 4 burger patties. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they're nicely browned and heated through. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or until lightly toasted. Assemble the burgers: Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, add a bean patty, top with tomato slices, avocado, and cheese if desired. Drizzle with salsa or hot sauce if you like some extra heat. Cover with the top bun, secure with a toothpick, and serve hot.
