By the time Chase had woken up again, he was twelve years old and there had been some badly burned creature laying beside him. Of course, he couldn’t exactly remember what he was doing with this creature just a moment before, or why he was even here now.   Pushing himself up quickly he stumbles away and drops down again as he slips on the snow and the puddle of blood that was under him “ Eww.” He groans as he lifts up his hand, why was their blood under him? Making a face he turns and pushes himself up again, balancing “ Mom!”  Running away from the scene, the boy finds the closest street. But he doesn’t recognize anything about where he is as he walks down the street he ends up finding “ Mom! ”
