I thought that injustice mostly happens only in our country. It never occurred to me that the U.S, with being all strict about the law, e.g. drunk driving, speeding, child abuse, animal abuse and the likes, would have a whole level of injustice up their sleeves. What is happening to our world? Here in the Philippines the convicted ones got out already. The Vizconde murder, the Dacer execution and I'm sure as hell a lot more. And how about the Maguindanao Massacre? Would the guilty ones get out, too? What made these things possible? Money? Power? Connections? Fear? All I know is STUPIDITY has everything to do with it. After O.J. Simpson's trials, that he kept getting away with, comes another injustice over the murder of Caylee Marie Anthony, a 2-year old child who has been murdered by her mother, Casey Anthony. Caylee disappeared on June 2008 and her skeletal remains were found on December 2008, 6 months after her disappearance, in a plastic bag with duct tape on the face of the skull. The remains were found in a forested area near the Anthony residence. After a few days, more bones were found in the wooded area near the spot where the remains had initially been discovered. Her death was ruled 'homicide by undetermined means'. She had been last seen with her mother when they left the family home on June 16, 2008. All evidence pointed out that Casey Anthony was the real suspect on her daughter's murder. The evidences included the stench of a decomposing body in the trunk of her car, the made up story she told the authorities that Caylee's nanny kidnapped her, when in fact, Caylee doesn't have a nanny, traces of chloroform were also found in her car trunk, and evidence was found that someone had searched the Internet on her computer for the use of the chemical and how to make it, evidence of Google searches of the terms "neck breaking," "how to make chloroform," and "death" on Casey Anthony's home computer. Aren't these evidences enough to convict Casey Anthony for the death of her own daughter?! Her reason for the murder: Her own freedom. She wanted to be free of her responsibilities to Caylee. An entry from her diary, dated June 21, 2008 reads: "I have no regrets, just a bit worried. I just want for everything to work out OK. I completely trust my own judgment and know that I made the right decision. I just hope that the end justifies the means. I just want to know what the future will hold for me. I guess I will soon see â This is the happiest that I have been in a very long time. I hope that my happiness will continue to growâ I've made new friends that I really like. I've surrounded myself with good people â I am finally happy. Let's just hope that it doesn't change." If she's a mother in her right mind, how was she able to party hard, entered a bikini contest and even got a friggin tattoo while her child was missing?! That's what she wanted to do all along, to be free, that's why she decided to kill her little one. How could her conscience let her go on and live her useless life?! Based on the evidences and the web of lies she's spun, I find Casey Anthony guilty, not only by providing law enforcement officers false information, but also by murdering her very own daughter. Because: Why lie if you are not GUILTY? Has the right justice been served? No, not at all. Not until Casey Anthony is behind bars for doing this to an innocent child. She has put an end for Caylee Marie to experience the many great things in life, and even the hardships that would mold her into becoming the better person her mother is not and will never be. Someday, I know justice will be served for everyone who had lost their lives in the cruel hands of the demon-possessed human beings who acted like animals for a moment in time and got away with it. O.J. Simpson's already paying for his, I'm sure the next ones are already lined up in God's mighty plan of exposure. No matter how rich and powerful they are, now matter how far they hide, the guilty will pay for their crimes and wrong doings. It may not be in this life time, but most definitely in the life after next. Caylee Marie Anthony will be turning 6 years old this coming August 9. Let us make time to pray for her soul and have the justice that this beautiful child deserves. Don't stop including her in your prayers. Let us all make this happen. For Caylee.
