Chickenless breastless fillet burgers. Made 100% from scratch (well I didn't mill the flour or breadcrumbs). I made everything from the Soya beans to Soya Milk for the Tofu and Okara to mincing the remaining beans mixing the whole lot together with garlic, paprika, parsley, little bit of salt, pepper, sprinkle of nutritional yeast, rolled in cornflour, then rolled in avocado oil and rolled in Japanese Breadcrumbs. Baked for 40 mins and some I'll freeze for next time. I think I'll need to make a spicy one too.
