I have been searching for this book I found in grade nine, it was in our school library. It was about these chickens going to high school. One of them had an eating disorder, its name was Marissa, and she later ended up getting her period and leaving her tampon in and getting toxic shock syndrome and alot of other weird stuff happens. Its a picture book with chickens, and it was extremely fucked up and I long to find it and share its weird weird plot with others. It looks like a childrens book that a 6 year old kid would read, but the plot is just a little innapropriate. Really innapropraite. So funny.
