Giardino botanico archeologico Parco Paradiso
Eccovi un’altra meta perfetta per il periodo primaverile-estivo: il giardino botanico-archeologico Parco Paradiso di Chiavenna (Sondrio).
Il parco fa parte della vasta area denominata “Marmitte dei Giganti” ed è costituito dal colle del Paradiso e dal Castellaccio, quest’ultimo ben visibile anche da alcune strade principali di Chiavenna.
Una bella camminata, purtroppo un po’ in salita, vi condurrà fino alla cima dove potrete godere del panorama sul centro storico.
E’ possibile vedere numerose specie botaniche ed alcuni tratti pavimentati in modo un po’ strano, con tanti dischi e dischetti di pietra: sono gli scarti della tornitura della pietra ollare, pietra molto importante per questa zona.
