I need help finding a chewy that is made of silicone that has different texture, and has to be more for chewing with the back teeth.
An excellent choice for you would be the Chewnoodle Super or the Chewnoodle bumpy (red/blue)

Hey I'm new to chewing I'm trying to use it to stop my constant grinding, would you know of any chews that feel spongey almost? Or airy?
I do have a couple of suggestions! Not a lot, mind you, so if anyone can chime in with more options, please do so.
Firstly, I’d look at chew tubes - anything that’s a silicone tube with a hole in it, allowing you to compress the hole as you bite down on the tube. I find these to be almost bouncy with more give than a solid silicone chewable.
Silicone U-Tube pendants are really springy. Aussie Etsy seller Harlequin Fox has tube pendant necklaces for $20 AUD (note: the listing doesn’t say it’s food-safe, but the store info describes them as BPA-free and chewable-intended) and equally-Aussie Etsy seller Indigo Lane Design (same price) also stocks them. US-based Etsy seller Laffodil’s Learning sells them in black, green, red and blue for $10.31 AUD.
Note that I don’t think these would last long for anyone not a soft/gentle chewer, mind, because of the springiness.
For tougher alternatives, @safechewablethings reviewed the Chewnoodle Max and described it as softer and gummier (but still durable) than other for-strong-chewers chew tubes, so if you’re thinking you’re going to be a strong/avid chewer but still want something soft, I’d check that one out. (It’s currently on sale at $14.99 USD, but the seller only ships to North America - the USA and territories, Canada and Mexico.) There’s also the conventional range of chew tubes for strong chewers at Chubuddy (between $8.99 to $12.99 USD) but I don’t know if they’re as springy as the U-tube style pendants, given that they’re rated for heavy chewing.
Secondly, I’d look at Chewigem’s Eternity Pendants - available on the Aussie Chewigem site in Peace (light blue), Serenity (light green) and Tranquillity (mauve) for $22 AUD. They’re described as being for mild-moderate chewers but also as silky and spongy!
They’re available on all the Chewigem stores: USA | Canada | UKÂ
(Note: there is a variety of Chewigem third-party stockists, so if you’re after a seller in your region, just Google Chewigem Eternity Pendant.)
You might also like to look at DIY fabric chews made out of T-shit material (link has a few different tutorials) which are fairly simple to make and good for light chewers - especially as they can be custom-made to fit size and thickness requirements. These are definitely softer than silicone and might give you more of that spongy quality. This is a guess on my part, but I feel like hoodie cords (which are often a tube of woven fabric) are pretty spongy themselves, so you might want to try knotting or braiding this T-shirt chewable around an old hoodie cord, too.
I hope this gives you somewhere to begin. Good luck in finding the right chewable for you - and if anyone has a suggestion, please comment away!

ChewPendant Basic - Review
The ChewPendant Basic is made by Chewnoodle. It is made from the exact same material as the Chewnoodle Basic (silicone). The “noodle” (tube) is 1/2″ in diameter. The differences between the Chewnoodle and the ChewPendant is the size (8″ and 4″) and the way they are worn. The Chewnoodle clips onto the chewers shirt with the included (metal) carbiner clip, whereas the ChewPendant hangs on a lanyard around the chewers neck. The lanyard supplied with the ChewPendant comes with breakaway clasps for safety.Â
The Basic ChewPendant comes on a dark blue lanyard (the Super, Blue Bumpy and Max versions come with a blue lanyard and the Red Bumpy comes with a black lanyard). This might be difficult to tell from the pictures.
The ChewPendant Basic is a very good option for light chewers or people who prefer to chew something soft. Since it is silicone it doesn’t squeak.
Although the ChewPendant isn’t as long as the Chewnoodle, it can still be trimmed down if it breaks or gets a lot softer with prolonged chewing.Â
The ChewPendant Basic is pictured next to the ChewPendant Bumpy Red for illustrative purposes.
Pros and Cons
The ChewPendant Basic is very soft and chewy
If the Chewnoodle Basic worked for you, the ChewPendant Basic will work for you because they are made of the same material
No squeaking
More subtle than the Chewnoodle due to the smaller size and necklace-style
Can be trimmed when it wears downÂ
Will not last long for an aggressive chewer BUT Chewnoodle make other options for more aggressive chewers!
Nice chewie to have if you ever feel like chewing on something very soft
Should be completely compatible with anyone who has jaw problems because it so softÂ

Chewnoodle Bumpy - REVIEW
The chewnoodle bumpy is available in two different colors blue and red. It is the only chew tube where you have a color choice.Â
The chewnoodle bumpy has a strong kind of sweet smell to it when it arrives. I have only had it for about an hour and the smell has gotten fainter but hasn't  disappeared completely.Â
It is a tiny amount tougher and firmer than the chewnoodle basic. It feels very high quality. The chewnoodle is supplied on a metal O ring (normal keyring) and a small black carabiner (with the writing “chewnoodle.com”).Â
Pros and Cons
The chewnoodle bumpy gives more oral stimulation without being overwhelming
Is not too subtle nor do i think it would fit into an adults wardrobe without sticking out
Both of the colors are very vibrant (although the red one is extra vibrant)
Is soft and nice to chew on
Has a kind-of sweet smell in the beginning (at least)
Is made from silicone (safe)
Is hollow
Comes on a carabiner clip
Can be trimmed downÂ

Chewnoodle Max - REVIEW
The chewnoodle max is a lot softer than what i expected. It seems to hold up to chewing very well despite this.Â
The diameter of the chewnoodle max is slightly larger than of the chew tube. (The chew tube a ton firmer/harder to chew and thicker).Â
Compared to the chew tube (4″) (chubuddy) the chewnoodle max (8″) is almost twice as long BUT is supplied without a tether meaning that the overall length of the chew tube with tether&strap (8″) is longer vs. the chewnoodle max on its carabiner clip. The chewnoodle is much softer and made of “gummier” material.Â
It is pleasant to chew but i had to put some chapstick on the inside of the chewnoodle max since the insides of the tube kept rubbing against each other and squeaking (problem solved 100% by the small amount of chapstick)
Overall i do prefer the chew tube (just my opinion) but the chewnoodle is a very good chewie to have in case my jaws are fatigued and i need something else that is softer but also durable to chew on.Â
Chewnoodle Basic - REVIEW
The chewnoodle basic is a chewie made from 8″ long and 1/2″ in diameter silicone tubing.Â
The chewnoodle basic is a very good option for light chewers or people who prefer to chew something soft. Since it is silicone it doesn't squeak.Â
Since the chewnoodle is so long it is meant to be trimmed down if it breaks or gets a lot softer after prolonged chewing. It is also possible to cut it into two pieces and put them on a lanyard to have a 4″ chewie necklace.Â
The chewnoodle is pictured next to the chew tube (1/2″ black on tether and strap) for illustrative purposes. (The chewnoodle is as long as the tether&strap included with the chew tube).
Pros and Cons
The chewnoodle is very soft and chewy
No squeaking
Much longer than most chewies
Can be trimmed down when it wears down OR
can be cut in half to make two different chewnoodles
Comes on a carabiner clap that can be attached to shirt/belt loop
Will not last long for an aggressive chewer
Nice chewie to have if you ever feel like chewing on something very soft
Should be completely compatible with anyone who has jaw problems because it so soft chewyÂ
It can also be purchased from specialneedstoys (UK site) for European stimmers
Chewnoodle Super - REVIEW
The chewnoodle super is the only chewnoodle that isn't hollow (it is solid). When it first arrives it is very hard to chew and firm, but softens up after a few minutes. It is also made from silicone and its very nice to chew.Â
It is essentially a chewnoodle bumpy that is solid. It is only available in one color, light blue (pictured). The chewnoodle is about 8″ long.Â
The carabiner clip (supplied with the chewnoodle) can be attached to clothing, a backpack, a lanyard or a necklace.Â
As the other chewnoodles it can be trimmed down. So far this is my favourite chewnoodle.Â
Pros and Cons
Completely solid (the only solid chewnoodle)
Will work for a moderate/aggressive chewerÂ
The occasional squeak, but very quietÂ
not subtle
Nice since you can chew the softer and the tougher parts at the same time
*should be washed with water and mild soap before first use*
