They always said when you find "the one" it's like the big bang. The world stops, fireworks go off, time ceases.... but that's not how it happened for me. When I fell in love with you it was quiet, and the world didn't stop moving. It was like our souls reunited, meeting once again in the place where they had always belonged. In that moment, the world didn't stop, no one made a fuss and the planet still moved. You were you, I was me and we were one. Still living, just fitting.  Big bang.... I had finally found the peace I had been searching for my whole life.

Now that I think of it, you were such a small part of what is developing into a massive life. Small..... meaningful....yet so meaningless.

That's what happens as time passes... you stop questioning why and accept that it happened. You don't think about what drove them there, you don't think about what they felt, you just accept... you accept actions over words.

I wish I could go back and remember how I fell in love with you; remember the most beautiful moments. I try but the things that used to be so vivid are so incredibly hazy. It's fascinating how your body knows what it's meant for and what it's meant to leave behind. You're turning into a memory..... a memory that grows more obscure with each day.
