I used black polyester and white cotton. The skirt has an elastic waistband and the bodice is boned but unlined iirc. The bootcovers and gloves were purchased then cut to size/a hole cut in the heel. The collar is made of layers of thin foam with brass spikes. The chain is a plastic halloween chain that I spraypainted gold. The leg belts are white pleather and is detachable from the boot covers. Feather was cut and painted by me.
