I think she’d like to live a long and fulfilling life and die peacefully at the end of it. Preferably, in her sleep, but hey.

12. Favorite book genre?

Libra is fairly illiterate, he struggles with lots of larger words, and doesn’t write well at all (grammar throws him for such a loop). He likes reading children’s fantasy novels though, because they tend to be happy, and there’s a lot of variety, and he never has to worry about running across a word that the dictionary doesn’t know (or describes in words too big for him to easily understand).

33. Concept of home and family? 

Since so much of his youth was spent bouncing from his bad home life to orphanage, and from orphanage to orphanage, Libra doesn’t really have a solid concept of home. The word home has all these warm connotations that Libra doesn’t really...believe in anymore, but in the end it’s still a word for a place he’s living, so he just uses it for everything.

That tent is home, that barrack is home, the monastery was home, the orphanage was home. If he sleeps there, it’s home.

Family is trickier. He’s not really sure, even to himself, how he would conceptualize it. Calum was the first person outside his parents to be considered family, and neither his relationship with Calum nor his relationship with his parents ended well. He’s kind of afraid, on a subconscious level, to get that close to anyone again. But he’s also too lonely to keep people at the distance necessary to avoid it.

He doesn’t really think about it, because thinking about family makes him sad and anxious.

34.  Thoughts on privacy? (Are they a private person, or are they prone to ‘TMI’?)

Libra is actually a pretty private person. He likes to keep all his thoughts and emotions right here (gestures to heart area), and bottle it up until it eats him from the inside out.

It’s not smart, and Calum often chided him about it, but Libra had grown tired of being such an explosive child and teenager, and had resolved to never do such a thing again. He felt it was better to mind his own business, and sort of collapse in on himself rather than burden anyone else with his anger and his sorrows and his unpleasant thoughts and emotions.
