15. (adulthood) Will it ever be time to settle?))
Meirin often thought about settling down while she cleaned. She found that daydreaming helped the work move quicker. Not that she minded her work at. On the contrary, she loved being a maid, but it did have it’s moments of being rather dreary.
Meirin would much rather think of playing with children in the sun or reading them stories while she dusted and scrubbed. Oh she had picked out all kinds of stories she’d read to them. Alice in Wonderland or any fairy tales. She’d read all of her favorites to them as they drifted to sleep.
She had no particulars regarding gender, though, she did hope for at least one sweet little girl that she could see herself in.
And her husband? Well she figured it could just about be anybody! And she imagined all sorts of looks her children would have. But as she cleaned the Phantomhive manor, she couldn’t help but imagine her little girl with black hair and her father’s delicate yet stern face
